Kasseri Saganaki

1 package of MT VIKOS Kasseri

2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

½ fresh lemon, juiced

½ cup all-purpose flour

Cut the MT VIKOS Kasseri into ¼” slices, approximately 2” x 2”.

Dredge the Kasseri in flour, shake excess off and then set aside.

Heat olive oil in heavy skillet over medium heat.

When hot, fry the cheese on both sides until golden brown and crusty.

Plate on warm plate and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Serve immediately.

Serves 2-4.
