Mt. Vikos Stuffed Grapeleaves
All natural. Mt. Vikos Stuffed Grapeleaves are special. We use small, young tender vine leaves. Greek woman roll each 'dolma' with a mixture of rice, eggplant, roasted peppers, onion, herbs and spices. We cook them slowly with extra virgin olive oil until tender. The question we hear all the time is "Are these really from a can?".
Mt. Vikos stuffed grapeleaves are perfect anytime- great as a snack, put them in a wrap for a great sandwich or serve as an appetizer. We recommend a splash of fresh lemon for a pleasant citrus zing. Our stuffed grapeleaves are delicious hot or cold or served at room temperature.
