In a feta cheese taste test conducted by Cooks Illustrated, Mt. Vikos Traditional Feta was the only brand to be labeled as “Highly Recommended”. Mt. Vikos Barrel Aged Feta was also featured as “Recommended”.
The Best of Fine Cooking (August 2010)
