Every restaurant and taverna in Greece is proud of their homemade ‘meze’, or small plates of intensely flavored spreads. We are proud of our meze. The all natural Mt. Vikos Roasted Eggplant Spread has the rich and smoky flavor of flame-roasted eggplant. In addition to garlic, herbs and spices, we use sweet red peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, local extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar and garlic.
