Mt. Vikos Red Pepper & Feta Spread
People are first attracted to Mt. Vikos Red Pepper & Feta
Spread due to its color and texture. The second and third helpings are
due strictly to the great flavor. We use sweet florina peppers from northern
Greece, roast them, add sautéed onions, sheep and goat’s
milk feta and myzithra cheeses, extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar,
herbs and spices.
Serve Mt. Vikos Red Pepper & Feta Spread at any party
with toasts, crackers, or crusty bread. Excellent as spread in grilled
panini and with grilled cheese sandwiches. Try a dollop or two on top
of a baked potato! Or add to a hamburger for a Red Pepper & Feta
Burger!
