Mt. Vikos Marinated Roasted Peppers

One of the hallmarks of Greek culinary heritage has been the great marinated vegetables that have been served as appetizers for many centuries. Mt. Vikos has taken sweet florina peppers from northern Greece, flame-roasted them, cut them into wide strips, and then added our marinade of local extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic and herbs.
