Mt. Vikos Artichoke Spread
Every restaurant and taverna in Greece is proud of their homemade ‘meze’, or small plates of intensely flavored spreads. We are proud of our meze. The all natural Mt. Vikos Artichoke Spread has the rich flavor of artichokes with lemon, garlic, herbs and spices. We use local extra virgin olive oil and expeller-pressed sunflower oil.
Serve with toasts, crusty bread or crackers. Use as a topping for pizza or focaccia; or jazz up a pasta sauce.
