Mt. Vikos Kriti Olive Oil Biscuits are made from a traditional recipe in a family run bakery in the heart of Crete. The unbleached, unbromated flour is milled on the island of Crete. The olive oil is first, cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil from the region of Sitia in eastern Crete. These olive oil biscuits are all natural; no preservatives are ever used.
Crete has a tradition of baking with local extra virgin olive oil. These lightly sweet biscuits have a delcious flavor from the olive oil and do not contain any partially-hydronated oils or fats. Delicious and nutritious!
